Join our rapidly growing start-up where you can make an immediate impact! We're in search of an experienced Technical Architect or Engineer who has a track record of building complex SaaS solutions and is eager to join us on our journey to becoming a leading global scale-up.

As the Lead Application Architect, you play a key role in our company by balancing the development of new features and architectural changes in our product while ensuring that business goals are met and the software architecture remains future-proof.

You should have a thorough understanding of our product, its features, and existing architectural decisions. While you may contribute to our codebase, you won't be responsible for the software architecture at the infrastructure level or involved in code style or best practice decisions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, team technology leads, commercial team members, and engineering leadership.

To excel in this role, you should have:

A minimum of 2 years' experience as a tech lead or architect
A background in technology, particularly from the SaaS industry
Familiarity with scalable microservice architecture
Strong prioritization skills, focusing your efforts where they'll have the most impact
A proactive approach to analyzing challenges and making decisions
A big-picture perspective on the subject
Exceptional communication skills
A collaborative and positive work ethic, taking ownership and enjoying the process.
