2.5.6. & 2.5.7. - Advanced API integrations and Expanded Resume/CV parsing

In our continued effort to expand and enhance Bubty’s functionality, this update includes the implementation of the basic additional API integrations and expansion on our Resume parsing module. This feature streamlines the process of extracting and utilizing data from resumes submitted via our API’s forms or webhooks, greatly enhancing the efficiency of talent acquisition and data management.

What This Means for You:

• Added API connections: Added direct API integrations with Xero, Quickbooks, Hubspot and Hivebrite. Seamless data exchange between platforms for unified operations.

• Streamlined Engagement: Automated updates and interactions between Bubty and other platforms.

• Automated Data Extraction: Automatically parse critical information through other apps of Resumes and CVs submitted by our API endpoints, saving time and reducing manual data entry errors.

• Enhanced Talent Onboarding: Quickly integrate vital candidate details into Bubty’s system, speeding up the recruitment and onboarding process.

• Improved Data Accuracy: Ensure accurate and consistent data entry, leading to better management of talent information.

• Smart Phone Number Handling: Overwrite input phone numbers with those found in resumes to ensure the most current contact information is used.

Improvements and Bug fixes

• Added date format to show times without timezone confusion.

• Added our API endpoint to Hubspot's project and talent webhook APIs for better data handling.

• Added new privileges to enhance user control over UI elements and matching filters.

• Added API job post parameters and standardized the default currency setting to company currency.

• Added new privilege settings allow hiding hourly rates from specified user roles.

• Improved Uniform use of custom profession titles across all application areas.

• Improved Lazy loading for client project listings improves page load times and user experience.

• Fixed issues with resetting onboarding selections when custom options are chosen.

• Fixed various bugs in timesheet functionality to ensure accuracy and usability.

• Fixed access and display issues in project listings for non-admin users.

• Fixed phone structure formatting and integration errors.

• Fixed the payload format for timesheets and removed unnecessary triggers.
