Implementation and Account Manager
Role description
The Implementation and Account Manager at Bubty will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of deploying our solutions at customers around the world and maintaining strong ongoing relationships with these clients. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, project management skills, and customer service excellence.
Key responsibilities
Project Management and Implementation
Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of implementation projects from initiation to deployment and post-implementation support.
Work closely with technical teams to customize solutions based on specific client needs and ensure seamless integration into client systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and technical support, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Account Management
Serve as the primary relationship manager for global clients during and after the implementation process.
Regularly interact with clients to assess satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for service enhancement and expansion.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and consistent communication.
Strategic Planning
Develop strategic account plans to maintain and grow relationships with major global clients.
Identify and realize upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer business needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
Reporting and Analytics
Monitor and report on the status of implementation projects and account health, providing detailed reports to senior management.
Analyze trends in account performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
Market Insight
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to advise on necessary strategic adjustments.
Gather client feedback to guide continuous product and service improvements.
Qualifications
Experience in HR Tech or Contingent workforce is an advantage.
Proven experience in project management and account management, preferably in a global setting.
Strong technical background with the ability to quickly grasp complex technology solutions.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to travel internationally as needed to meet with clients and manage projects.
