Position Overview:
As a Customer Implementation Manager at Bubty, you will be integral to delivering our avant-garde technology to our clients. Your leadership in implementing our platform will enable a smooth transition, marrying our technology seamlessly with existing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage implementation projects, aligning solutions with clients’ unique requirements.
- Forge collaboration with cross-functional teams to custom-fit solutions.
- Offer training and continual support to clients throughout the implementation phase.
- Keep an eye on project milestones, steering necessary adjustments to hit targets.
- Partner with our technology team to harness Bubty’s AI matching, compliance reporting, and payment features.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-5 years in implementation or project management, ideally within technology or staffing sectors.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal talents.
- Mastery of project management software and tools.
