Just like that, 2022 has come to an end! Can you believe it?
As we look back on the past year, it's hard to believe all that has happened in just 365 days. From new product launches to company milestones, 2022 has been a whirlwind for our software company. In this blog, we will look back at some of the highlights of the year, including the challenges we faced and the successes we celebrated.

Bubty V1.5.3.
One of the major highlights of 2022 was the launch of version 1.5.3 of our software. Taking your flexible workforce to the next level. Bubty V1.5.3 is a great success. With this update, we have worked closely with our users to work on some crucial features and take the user experience to the next level.
We established new profile features & design, updated network cards, talent compliancy check-profiles, and if that was not enough, we also introduced new onboarding for talents, contract e-signing functionalities, and many more bug fixes & improvements!
Nominated Start-Up of the Year 🙌
In addition to the success of V1.5.3., we also hit a major company milestone this year by being nominated as the start-up of the year. This achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, and we are grateful to our loyal customers for choosing us to meet their software needs.
New Team Members & New HQ Office 🎉
Next to our fundraising of €1.1M, one of the most exciting developments of 2022 was the expansion of our team and our HQ office. As our product and services continued to grow, we welcomed new members to our team, bringing our total employee count to 24. This growth would not have been possible without the talent and dedication of our new hires, and we are grateful to have them on board.
In addition to expanding our team, we also moved to a larger HQ office to accommodate our growing company. The new space not only gives us room to continue expanding, but also provides a more collaborative and comfortable work environment for our team. We are excited to call this new place home and can't wait to see what the future holds as we continue to grow and evolve as a company.
New Partnerships 🤝
Another major highlight of 2022 was the establishment of new partnerships for our company. We are excited to announce that we have teamed up with a leading software company in the USA to bring our products and services to a wider market. This partnership had already opened up numerous opportunities for growth and collaboration, and we are excited to see what the future holds. Next to this, we have officially launched in the UK with our new partner Growth Division. Lee & Ben; ‘We’re very happy to announce our first expansion to the UK. It’s an honour to start it all with such an amazing company led by like-minded innovative entrepreneurs. Growth Division is ready for the future of work.’
In addition to our partnerships in the USA and in the UK, we are also thrilled to announce that we have teamed up with Alicia Insurance. Alicia Insurance offers fit-for-purpose insurance products specifically designed for freelancers and their platforms, such as Bubty. By embedding these products directly into freelancers' platforms, Alicia Insurance makes it easy for freelancers to access insurance coverage.
Bubty's clients can now rest assured that they have everything they need to ensure a compliant freelancer recruitment and hiring process. In addition, clients have 24/7 insight into whether their freelancers are properly protected, making compliance easier than ever.
Bubty Christmas 🎄
Another memorable moment from 2022 was our Christmas celebration. We came together to participate in a Secret Santa gift exchange, and for some drinks. It was a great opportunity for our team to relax, have some fun, and connect with one another.

to come together as a team. We are already looking forward to our next holiday celebration.

As we say goodbye to 2022 and look ahead to the future, we are grateful for all that the past year had brought us.
