The company had to gather various types of contracts (NDAs, SOWs, EOR forms, etc.) at different stages of the talent engagement process. Using email exchanges to ensure each contract was delivered and signed promptly within each stage proved to be ineffective. The redlining process was time-consuming and labor-intensive. Once the contracts were signed, the storage of each contract was either disorganized or non-existent, leading to potential misplacement or loss.

Classification and Management of Multiple Worker-types

The company provides services that support both 1099 and W2 workers. Each worker type requires separate processes; contracts, engagement types, payment solutions, etc. The company found that most FMS programs available are geared toward one worker type or the other, making it impossible to manage multiple worker types in a centralized location.
